Gentle Yoga

Mondays 10am

We offer gentle movement and breathing exercises for women with lived experience of the UK asylum system. The sessions are fully accessible and open to all abilities.

Zumba

Mondays 1pm

Zumba is a fun way to exercise with dance moves and Latin music. No experience necessary and all levels and big belly laughs welcome!

Wellbeing Group

Wednesdays 10am

Our activities focus on creativity, wellbeing and connection. We have had crochet, glass painting, women’s health, song making, recipe sharing and story-telling.

Sewing

Wednesdays 1pm

One of our most popular sessions is back for the winter- working with some hand sewing and some machines we’ll be working on group projects together.

Conversation Cafe

Fridays 10am

This is a semi structured session to welcome new people to the community, give them a chance to practise English and learn about the city from a local.

If you’ve been in Glasgow all your life or just arrived, we’d love to have you along!

Internet Safety

Thursdays 10am

Supported by the Mhor Collective and Glasgow Life we have weekly sessions for women. We want everyone to be safer from scams, phishing, fake news and fraud.

MILK drop-in

Thursdays and Fridays 1pm

A session for any support or company you might need. Get help with anything from forms and phone calls to CV building. Or just come for a chat and a cup of tea.
